This is the first time I have used a full harness, previously I have used a neck strap but started to find this uncomfortable after more than half an hour flying. So with my Jeti DS-16 I thought I would try a harness, which is clipped to a pair of metal brackets fitted to the base of the TX, I have found this very comfortable in use, by adjusting the straps on the harness the TX is held firmly in place exactly where you want it, and stops the TX swinging around your neck. It also allows you to use both hands to hold or fettle your model, and stops accidental damage caused from your TX swinging into your model, especially when you kneel down to pick the model up. If you haven't tried a harness, I can certainly recommend you do.
