We Stock Height Limiters, quite often now referred to as Altimeter/Motor Run Timer (AMRT), from RC Electronics and AerobTec, there are plus and minus benefits for using either of these manufactures units, the choice is yours, we use both units ourselves depending on what we want to achieve, The RC Electronics is a Daisy chain system that can be a stand alone height limiter or timed motor cut off, to a basic Vario, then on to GPS tracking and beyond, it only stops growing with your imagination. The AerobTec system of the Altis V4 is a height limiter or timed motor cut off device which can also talk to your Radio system and downlink data, (if you radio system is capable). Both systems have been developed for the eSoaring, F5J, ALES, electric soaring recording and competitions, The RC Electronics system goes further and has been developed for GPS triangle and XC soaring competitions and for F3F, F3B distance/speed trainings.
